I’m passionate about understanding my client’s needs and the career goals of the UX talent that I serve. I love bringing those together to facilitate great new relationships.

I founded Vivid Resources in 2004 to provide my clients and User Experience talent with personalized service and a single point of contact.

Our pool of artistic and seasoned consultants maintain their skills on the leading/bleeding edge of digital and bring that to their engagements.

When my contractor and client decide the fit is right, I facilitate a smooth transition from contract engagement to full time employee.

Nonexclusive search where the fee is paid upon successful hire of one of my talented UX/Creatives.
