Qualifications:

They seek a Visual Designer to make visually stunning design systems for SaaS solutions. The Visual Designer will help create a new design system in concert with a mature UX Team that values a beautiful clean visual esthetic. You will work on visual designs for individual products providing lots of before & afters to show for it. This role will be doing more production work so skills in creating icons, upgrading each element in the pattern library, and other production work will be included.

You'll need 2-4 years of visual design for large scale digital products and a bachelor's degree in design to qualify. Experience working on design systems is a huge plus! In digital and device design, the UX Interaction Designer will contribute insights, suggestions and competitive analysis to help create products with competitive advantage. The UX Interaction Designer will work closely with medical device engineering, systems engineering, marketing, regulatory, and quality teams. Other duties include continually educating our organization in design language and trends, while partnering with our external suppliers and vendors. MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
- You will conceptualize and iterate high-fidelity designs and prototypes in partnership with a team of researchers, designers, project managers, and developers.
- You will understand and value the practice of design iteration by always experimenting, evaluating, and learning.
- You will apply user-centered and data-driven design strategies to projects that range from mobile applications to complex business systems.
